UAE lifts Kenyan visa ban

A number of countries have suffered visa ban by UAE ministry of foreign affairs. A source briefed on the matter told us the visas had temporarily stopped being issued to Kenyans, Afghans, Pakistanis and citizens of several other countries over security concerns, but did not provide details of those concerns.

Seen by trendingnews, the document said applications for new employment and visit visas had been suspended for nationals – those outside the UAE – of 13 countries that also included Somalia, Libya and Yemen until further notice.

The ban also applies to citizens of Algeria, Kenya, Iraq, Lebanon, Tunisia and Turkey, it says.

Types of visa

It was not clear if there were any exceptions to the ban.

All said , few days Kenyans women can and are able to get UAE visas. Sources from travel agents disclosed that they were able to get visas for women only. Its not clear regarding how some agencies were able to have few visas for men.

The good news is that now you can easily apply for a dubai Visa through travel agents. When applying make sure you don’t have bad reputation or any offence or travel ban in your country or any GCC country.

Before booking your ticket make sure you consult genuine and legit travel agency.
